Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still join if I don't live in New Zealand or Australia?
Absolutely! We would like to invite members from all over the world to join with us and experience the joy of stamping. Our projects are created using products from the current New Zealand/Australia Stampin' Up! catalogue, and occasionally products available for purchase from shops in New Zealand so this is why we advertise that we are perfectly suited to New Zealanders.

Do I need to have broadband, or other high-speed internet service to download your projects?
It is not necessary to have high-speed internet, but you do need to be aware that some of the PDF's that have the full step-by-step instructions and photographs will be large files - ocassionally up to 9MB, so if you are on dial-up you may need to find a friend with high-speed internet that will let you download onto a disc from their computer!

Do I have to download the projects every day?
Not at all. All projects will be available for at least one month after they are posted for you to download and save to your computer when you are ready. You will be reminded when there is just one week left to download the projects so you don't miss out.

Are all projects in centimetres?
All projects from round two forward will be provided in both centimetres and inches so we will be catering for all preferences.

I don't like using PayPal - can I pay in some other way?
Sure can! If you live in New Zealand, then we are happy for you to pay directly into our bank account, so just send an email to us for details, and make sure you put your name as a reference on the deposit.

How can I be a Guest Designer for WE Stamp?
We believe that there are some incredibly talented stampers out there, and would love to give you the opportunity to share some of that talent with other stampers via WE Stamp, so if you are interested in being a Guest Designer for a future round of WE Stamp, then we'd love to hear from you. Just send us an email at we.stamp@hotmail.com, and make sure you include your blog address or some photos of your previous projects so we can check out some of your fabulous work.
